PERSONAL CINEMA

    HELLO. CAN ANYONE PLS HELP ME? I PURCHASED A NEW
    GALAXY PERSONAL CINEMA FX5200 128MB TV TUNER CARD.
    IVE ALREADY INSTALLED THE CARD. WHERE WILL I CONNECT
    MY SATELLITE CABLE? IS IT AT THE BACK OF THE TV CARD
    OR AT THE INPUT OF THE AV BREAKOUT ADAPTER?
    IS THERE A GUIDE ON HOW TO INSTALL COMPLETELY
    FROM HARDWARE INSTALLATION TO SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
    ABOUT THIS PERSONAL CINEMA? PLEASE TEACH ME.
    IM CONFUSED ON THE USER MANUAL.


    AND ALSO IN WINDVR 3 PLEASE TEACH ME HOW TO SET UP
    THE TV. WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE, NTSC-M, PAL, ETC??
    WHAT COUNTRY SHOULD I CHOOSE?
    IM CURRENTLY IN SAUDI ARABIA.
    AND USING A SATELLITE CABLE. (NO ANTENNA.)

    You do not Plug you Satalite Cable anywere on the Card unless you have a Card which is Specificly for recording Satalite Signals of which yours Does NOT...You will Have to take the Output from your Satalite Reciever and Plug it into either the RCA/Composite Input on your Card or the S-Video Input on your Card and you will have to tune in the Chanells useing your Satalite Reciever because the TV Tuner on your Card can not tune in Satalite Signals...
    You would have been better off getting a Satalite Card which will actually record the Transmitted Mpeg2 Transport Stream that is being broadcast from the Satalite a and recorded to your Hard drive, This way there is absolutely No quality Loss...well good Luck

    PS: Pal is Europe and NTSC is North America and Japan, so you choose the One for the Region you live in...I have No idea what it is in Arabia, You should ask your Satalite Provider...
