Is it a good idea to back up my final movie to the same DVD that I made my DVD with? Or is okay to use other good DVD-R for my back ups. I use Verbatim digital real for my final movie and back ups with Verbatim DVD-R, the in the orange package
Backing up your movies in general is a good idea and as long as your media is not imitation you should be fine. If your not sure what your exact manafacturer is you can us a program called DVD identfier it will tell you all you need to know. http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com/ Good luck
