PES5 game freeze

    Ive been playing the game for bout a year with an fx5200 but i upgraded the graf card to a x1600 pro 512MB. The wuality increased and the game worked for bout a month. Then all of a sudden any time i get to the match start screen it freezes up the PC. Help will be appreciated.
