    Hello,

    I've this DVD player. For some reason when I turn on deep color setting in HDMI setup, the connection seems resetting all the time and no picture. Same thing happens if I turn off the deep color setting and keep resolution as "auto". I don't see any problem if I use composite video interface. Does this setting need compatible TV or something else could be wrong?

    Can you tell me what was the solution given by the technical support?

    PS. I don't have Philips TV so EasyLink is not an option for me.
