    I was thinking of buying the Philips DVP642. I read alot of the reviews on Amazon and most of the people said it was great until 6 months. At that point the red light would flash and that was it no more dvd player. What is the general thought here on this unit? My Philips 793 changer is starting to bite the dust. It won't eject sometimes and I have to open the machine up to retieve the dvd. Thanks
