Phone restrictions on - nokia 6101

    hi! i've got a problem with my nokia 6101.

    it was working awhile ago, but then when i checked a few minutes later, it was off. when i turned it back on, it asked for the PIN code, which it normally does, so i did. it would normally turn on without a problem, but h=this time, i got "Phone restrictions on" message with the word "undo" at the bottom of the screen.i click undo, it says "enter restriction code". My problem is, i don't have a restriction code!! please help me! thanks..

    hi..i tried it out already with the code..unfortunately, it didn't work..it still says "phone restiction on".=(

    what else can i do? what is the usual cause of this problem? i didn't even change any setting on my phone when it happened..
