Phone tools help,,,hope your info works

    I have a c650. I have used MPT a couple of times with the phone, I try to use now, it says phone not detected, or modem not installed. Why is this doing this now????? Please help. When I plug the phone into the computer, the computer does the noise to know that it is plugged in and all the drivers are there.
