can anyone tell me whats the best software to edit digital pictures, am looking for a program with like a bunch of special effects, i got adobe photo shop 7.0 but it does not have any effects, i dont know maybe is just my dumb ass that dont know how to use it any way, if anybody know help me out.................
photoshop is the best. rather than spending more money on other apps, just do a google search for photoshot effect plugins, and invest in some of those.
I use Photo Impact By Nove (ver 8.5). They are now on version 11. try out the Flaming Pear's super blade pro @ http://www.flamingpear.com Keep in mind this is a trial version not freeware Also do a search for "actions" while your doing a search for plugins Actions allow you to do many things, an example would be to make a pic into a infra-red pic, just by using an action. You can also find a plugin for this as well. Theres alot out there for photoshop. Make sure there for your version (ver 7) some newer ones may not work with ver 7. Have fun
