photo memory disc

    Any one know where i can get a system( free ).where i can put photos on to cd or dvd and put music on background .Used to be able to do it with h p memories disc creator .,but i lost it off my pc and can,t seem to be able to down load it from anywhere .Is there an alternative system i can down for free
