Picture Enhancer?

    I recently bought one of the cheapest digital cameras its a $20 pencam and its ok but the picture come out barely visable and it only takes kinda good pictures in broad daylight. I was wondering if theres some kind of picture converter or something that could make it clearer thats free to download somewhere if there is could you tell me please thax. andrewc05

    what the hell are you talking about mann stay off the drugs because i need a real answer not the drugs talking ok please!

    well, I understood what bilbo was talking about....I'll translate for you....
    You can't make gold out of aluminum.....

    Ok seriously. The quality of your pictures is only going to be as good as the capabilities of your camera. I feel that you're stuck with what you have. You can try Irfanview, which has a few photo enhancing features, but I doubt you'll see much difference if any.
