picture upside down in real player

Hi. I have a tv show on dvd's and I played them in Germany just well (avi and real player format, both with real player or wmp) but now I'm in Mexico and when I tried to played them on real player again (in a different computer) the picture is upsidedown. Can anybody help me?

 

thats strange, try playing wiht real alternative.
