Hi, I have a backup of Pikmin 2 (NTSC, Gamecube). I was halfway done playing it when it froze in the middle of the credits. (where Louie is looking over the leaves) I have an application (GC-Tool) that can replace or extract files. I have also found files in the .gcm called staffroll.thp and staffroll.ini. I was just wondering if you can somehow replace or skip the credits. If you can't replace it, is there at least an action replay code that can skip all of the cutscenes (including the credits) Thanks in advance.
I had this same issue and was never able to fix it. I ended up tracking down an original copy of pikmin 2 and ripping it to a backup disk. Of course the game has been rereleased for the wii now so that would probably be an easier solution.
