    Hey! i have a question.. everytime a transerfer my film from my cam to my comp through my TV card the video gets about 1" of black film thats just black on each side of the mpg! for one thing its annoying to have there and also its taking upp lots of unnecesary file space! is there ay program i can use to "cut" this off??
