Pinnacle Sound Problems

    I'm using Pinnacle version 8 and can't get any sounds when I convert from VHS. The vides is fine but no audio. Does nayone have any suggestions?

    update the software to 8.12 i had to update from 8.8 to 8.10 then 8.12 and they sent a 2nd cd that i had then reinstall the dazzle 150 drivers and then it would work this software is a pain in the ass
