Pinnacle Studio 9 - Capture problems

    I can't get Studio to connect to the MovieBox Dv for capturing anything. Problem occurred after I installed Windows Service pack 2, or just before (not sure). I tried uninstalling and re-installing Studio but to no avail. Anyone else with this problem?

    I am also having this problem on 2 different computers.

    rhyjb: Did you find a solution?

    iznogood: I followed the link provided but didin't see an specific answer to this issue, could you provide the answer ID # or post the solution here?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry, not yet. I just got new laptop and will try a new install on that machine soon.
