I was givin an install disc and cables from PINNACLE SYSTEMS. The cables are YELLOW, 2 audio jacks, 1 video jack on one end and 1 usb connector at the other. The cable may be IN or OUT or both. The issue is that the disc is asking for a serial # from the packaging. I do NOT have the box, it was never givin to me. Can anyone tell me where I find the web sit where I can hopfuly download the frivers for this cable? The search for PINNACLE using various name combinations came up empty. Please put this post in the appropriate forum if needed. Solutions please. The serial # is NOT on the disc itself. Thank you
do a search as there is a thread about pinnacle i think in this forum from about past spring. also check in news forum.
