k am trying to uninstall the Primary Ide channel so it can reset back to the DMA mode b/c at the present time it's at the Pio mode. it's taking about like 30 minds to make a copy thru decrypter. It's so weird b/c when i right click my computer select properties, hardware & device manager it will pause and come up with a box that says: rundll32. Unable to locate component x this application has failed to start because cabinet.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem ok? SO then i click ok to get out. However, to somebody as ignorant as I towards computers i don't know where to go from here? Not sure where reinstalling this application is? Can somebody help me please? THX....
