I'm a newbie at this and am hesitant about firmware upgrades. I have a pioneer 106d and am wondering if I should get the upgrade. I've had quite a few coasters using DVDPRO disks. If it is safe, where is the best place to download it from. I don't know if it matters but I'm in the USA. Don't know if there are different upgrades for different regions. Thanks
I would wait for the RPC 1 firmware before upgrading. Its not out yet. The current firmware upgrade for the Pioneer DVR106/A06 isnt too good.
Ok thanks I've been kinda worried about doing that. When would you expect it to come out and how would I find out about it and where would it be?
