   i tried decryting a dvd but it came up saying logical unit not been set! i downloaded a firmware patch from the pioneer website but that wont install either?
   can anyone help please?

   Are you sure you have installed the drive correctly?
   Are able to read files from it when you insert ex a simple CD?
