    hi ,

i just bought a dvd burner - pioneer 112d 18 x - which is what it shows in imgburn with 1.21 firmware . i was just wondering if this is a good burner , i have always liked pioneer for their quality . this drive may also be a 1810 but i am confused as it has to many numbers on the drive and the box . it shows pioneer 112d firmware 1.21 . does anybody have any info on this burner and is it reliable , i believe this is the 1810 drive . thanks

Pioneer 112d is also marketed as 1810 they are the same drive. Pioneer drives are reliable and very good value. I have used them for 7 years. I have a 111 and it is fine.
