I have this dvd player and untill recently have had no problems with it. The problem is now it won't reconize any dvd's. It will read regular cd's and cd-r's but when I put in a dvd it tries to read it for a sec. but thats it. I've tried everything I could find to do even restore system back in case it was due to a program I installed, but still no luck. Ran cdvdinfo and it says its a dvd player as does explorer but will not show that a dvd disk is in the drive. Any help would be wonderful David
Clean it with a DVD cleaner disk! Repeat if it doens't clean it porperly the first time round. That is probably all that is wrong. Dirt, the great stopper.
