I goes to my computer and it says the DVD drive is there, but then i put in a DVD and nothing happens. So i click on my DVD drive in my computer and a box pops up saying to please insert a DVD. The only disc that came with my burner was a Nero 8 disc and i can't even get that to work either, i tried looking online for drivers but no luck. So can anyone please help me figure out what to do thanks in advance
Uh, did you stop to consider that the drive might be defective and that you should send it back to the vendor?
