pioneer dvd-rw dvr-112d power calibration

    i using this dvd burner pioneer dvd-rw dvr-112d (power calibration error) in nero after it goes to 1 percent and then its stops... i dont no what to do or if any one can tell me what to do how to solve the problem thanks

    Here some things to consider, trying to fix the power calibration error:
    Make sure all you electrical cables to the drive are secure. Get a can of compressed air for electronics and try to clean your burner, the lens;
    Also, is you computer plugged into a shared power supply? It might not get enough juice.
    And, a while ago I came across a fix for the Power calibration thingiie with nero:

    I traced that fix in numerous forums, and it seems to work for many people.
    If still having issues, post the error log, like binkie suggested. Worst case scenarion, you have a slow dying drive.
