Hi there guys....as you can see in the subject, that is my burner model with the firmware version.... i bought the laptob 3 years ago...there was no problem for the last two years...but sometime ago it could nt burn or read some dvds but now...it doesnot read anything now....lickily one dvds i tried burning movies by nero 6 and divx and it still didnot burn.... what do you think the problem is...??
Your burner would be a PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-K14 and going by the firmware of 1.14 it indicares you have an (K14RA Acer OEM) which I see hasnt had any updates for quite some time. You may have to stick with the discs that you previously used. You can post a log of your failed burn, located here Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt
