I recently had to place my computer in the shop due to window errors. The shop had to reinstall windows but in the process of course all of my software was lost. I burned Platinum DVDXCOPY before telling them to go ahead. I'm trying to reinstall the program but in trying to install I get the message "Please select your dvd burner from the list below". Unfortunatley I do not show any burners listed below. I can't remember how I found the burner before. Please help?
