Play Games from USB Memory Stick/External Hard Drive?

    I don't have access to an IDE computer to upgrade my hard drive.

    I have an external hard drive hooked up, and a Memory stick. I was wondering if in addition to storing movies and music, I could store games on these devices. I have a modded USB cable that is running into the xbox. Thanks in advance.

    You can only stream while using a non-xbox application such as XBMC so streaming Xbox backup's is not possible (if I need to be corrected, please do so!)

    Furthermore, the USB ports are USB 1.1 I believe so the data stream is limited.
