    Is there any ideas to make my computer[PIII 451MHz,RAM 192,Video card 32MB]to run the high data rate DVDrip{XviD}smoothly???
    The video that i cant run smoothly is -
    video steam
    frame size:576*432 23.976FPS
    decompressor:XVID MPEG-4
    data rate:1255Kbps
    Audio steam
    Sampling rate:48000Hz
    channel:6{stereo}
    compression:AC3
    data rate:448Kbps
    And i am using window media with FFDshow to play this video,when i play the video,the video framerate is only 20fps to 22fps,but the actual framerate is 23.976fps. So could someone help!!!!!

    450MHz? Wouldn't that make it a PII?
    Try mplayer, if it doesn't work (under linux) then I doubt anything will.

    You really need to upgrade if you plan on playing video, especially since AVC and newer codecs are only going to become more popular.
