OK, so I have a Video out card on my computer. This way I can watch home movies and some music videos I downlaod on my tv. Now, I Was wondering as to what the best playback progam is? Right now I am useing "Cyberlink Power DVD". This program works really well and I love it. But I am wondering if there are any other better programs out there I can download on my computer to increase my playback quality. Not like anyhting is wrong with the quality right now, I am just wopndering. Thanks

I also use Cyberlink and I love it. To be honest with you, I don't think you can find another program that's gonna be considerably better than this. The quality of the video playback relies greatly on the quality of the video itself. As long as you have the proper codec installed, it will play. For instance, I didn't notice any quality difference on DVD playback between using Windows media player or PowerDVD. I just like PowerDVD better because the options are better suited for DVD playback.
