   I was wondering if there is a setting while creating a VCD that allows you to restrict the video to its original size (or double size) instead of full screen on my TV. The problem is when at full screen the quality is bad (very grainy). I used TMPGEnc to convert to MPEG, then my burning software (click 'N' burn) to create the VCD.
