Playing .AVI CD's on XBOX Media Player

    Hi. I backup .avi movies on cd/dvd's and play it on the XBOX Media Player. I would like to know why some CD's are able to play perfectly fine on the XBOX, but some don't play at all. When tested to play on the computer it plays fine. Is there a solution to fixing this? Thanks

    Are the cd's all the same brand.. because the xbox drive is really fussy about disks.

    Yes...Memorex brand.. Any reccomendations on what CD-R/DVD-R brands to use?
