playing dvd's on computer?

    i have windows xp and it came with dell media experience,but it won't play dvd's. it sais that it will. when i put the movie in, it reads the movie but when i click on it it has to options audio_ts or video_ts they both do nothing has anybody else had this probablem? how would i fix this, i have the cd for the program should i reinstall it?

    do you have at least a dvd rom or dvd burner?

    You could always download windows media 10 which will play DVD's it's free.

    You must have at least a DVD Rom drive ok
