playing gamecube games on xbox

    wouldn't it be possible to burn a gamecube iso
    image to a disc and play it on a modded xbox?

    Its not even worth really answering,but why would you want to do that? Just buy a GC, they arent exepensive i bought mine brand new from work for $99aus.

    Duh!!!!!!!! you idiot,I have 2 xbox's one mod and one green halo pack and a gamecube, i would never want to play gamecube on xbox,next you will want to play ps2 games on xbox too! DUH! buy a gamecube!

    No you can't do it, and while there are people that say you can, it would require a good deal of effort and a good knowledge of programming.

    Basically you would have to reconfigure your xbox harddrive to accept and read anything besides a default.xbe.

    In other words, don't waste your time.

    I disagree.

    You can definately play gamecube on your XBOX.
    Just put the gamecube on top of the XBOX and
    Play.

    anyway, i think it IS possible but in the time that it will be coded you'll be playing on a XBOX 3 instead.
    However i find it very intruiging to play snes games on my pstwo..I never believed it till i did it myself.
