I was wondering, is there anyway to install a new bigger memory Harddrive and install games into it without any chip mods? If there aren't, what chip mods is good that doesn't involve soldering? Thanks.

No, there is no way to transfer games onto your hard drive without a mod chip. Even if someone else transfered the games onto the hard drive for you, to install and play it would not work. You need the modchip for you to be able to switch hard drives in the first place. If it were up to me, i would have someone install a chip for me. If you want to do it yourself, i would recommend getting a chip that requires no soldering such as the Xbit or maybe the spider. Those are fairly easy installations but are easy but also very easy to screw up.

You could always softmod your system to, but that is not the easiest task in the world.

If you have a tad bit of soldering skills, and you do not have a ver 1.6 Xbox, then I would suggest getting the Xecuter 3 mod chip. This is probably the best chip for the Xbox and it most definitely has the best support team behind it (being Team Xecuter).

If you have decent soldering skills and you have a ver 1.6 Xbox, then I would definitely go w/ an X3 chip.

If you have no soldering skills at all, then check into the X3 chip w/ the Xapter solderless solution. (solderless adapters for chips are not compatible w/ ver 1.6 Xbox's)

Last but least, check out this site as they do chip installs for CHEAP! http://webpages.charter.net/modchipzone/ Plus there is a lot of quality information on that site!
