Re encode...? Do i need to do that?... cos after windvd decode it from vro file.. it will burn in the cd de..... I dun wan do too much re-encoding cos it will drop the quality of my svcd display... The video display is superd on svcd using windvd...just that the sound dun sync when playing on my Toshiba player....but in pc it works so fine.. this really give me headache... Very kind of u to help me...thank u so much...
once it is on your pc, you need to re encode it to mpeg2 before it will work on a dvd.By saying it is in a svcd format i assume that you encoded it to mpeg1.What did you use
Ok i tell how i work it out... 1) i copy the vro file from my camcorder dvd-rw to my pc. 2) then i use inter windvd creator 2 to convert it 2 svcd format. 3) i try burning it using nero and windvd. 4) Both burning software when i play on my pc everything is fine until i play it on my DVD player. 5) this is when the audio out of sync happen. 6) i try also convert it to vcd and dvd... both work fine on my pc and DVD player... 7) all went wrong when i play it on my toshiba dvd player. 8) i even try recopy the vro file and do the encoding. The problem still exist
try using this tool instead. Its a more dedicated converter http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd-r_tools/vso_divxtodvd.cfm
Hmmm... i try playing it on Sony dvd player and it works fine... This is really headache.... Does anybody know why it does not align in Toshiba player... By the way the software u gave me guyrus i try it before.... It does not support VRO format... Thank you..
yes but i mean you to reconvert it after you made it a svcd. Its in an mpeg format and convert x will be able to define it then and not before when you had it in a vro
Hmmm converting it too many time the quality will drop.... If direct from VRO format to SVCD then quality is good.... I try the software XtoDVD...It does not convert into svcd...It convert to VOB.
