ok im on vacation up in florida and the tvs in the hotel dont have the yellow red white comments in the back of it...and now i looked at my pops laptop on the side of it has a HDMI port...now im thinking if i buy a HMDI cable and hooked up my ps3 to the laptop would it work..or it would just be a failure?
Try it but I doubt it will work. Unless you know that it an HDMI port that takes in a signal then you should be fine. More than likely its for output.
agreed, more then likely its output, check the little symbol by the HDMI port, if it has something like a circle with a arrow going out of it then it is output and wont work, if it has a arrow pointing inside the circle then it is input and could work?
