I have been trying to figure out how to play snes9x on my Wii and cannot find the answer anywhere. I have found an emu compilation on the bt networks, running on the built-in Gamecube hardware and OS in the Wii, however, they do not contain the game i own that i wish to play on the wii. I have been looking on various networks for over a week now. In other words... How can I burn a DVD containing the snes9x emulator, and the rom i own in SMC/FIG format and make it self bootable in my Wii in gamecube mode (just like the bt file floating around on the web). Can you all help me in putting SNES9X and my game on a self bootable DVD that is playable on my Wii. I have a Cyclowiz with the latest firmware. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help offered.
You have to be kidding me! That was too easy. I spent a lot of time trying to figure that out. I really appreciate it nchokas. NM. It didn't work. There is something I am not understanding here. I followed the instructions in the link you sent me to and in the read me contained in the wiiemus.zip file. I noticed while running the batch it says "size of boot image is 5856 sectors -> no emulation." I followed the instructions in the link, and I cannot get it to work.
