I downloaded a movie, used TMPGEnc to encode it and burned it with Nero. I have a "JVC XV-501BK" DVD player which says that it will play VCDs. I have burned a few VCDs using different programs but when I put any of them in the DVD player it makes a ticking noise and ejects the VCD. I am using CDR disks. The instruction manual dosen't say anything about burned VCDs. Should I try CDRW disks? Or does my DVD player just not play burned VCDs. Has any one else had this problem? Any advice is appreciated.
