hey guys, i'm looking for a bit of help. being a semi tech-tard like myself i tend to have lots of problems. i have a Toshiba Satellite A105 laptop with a MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-841S. now that you have that information here's my issue: When i put a cd, dvd, what have you into my cd drive, it will open and play. but the audio skips like the spinning of the cd affects it. it's all warbled and makes all audio and apps on my pc run very slowly. yet when there's no cd in the drive everything works perfectly fine. if anyone at all could offer some advice, that would truly be amazing. Thank you!!
also the drive wont burn cd's or dvd's. i always get an error halfway through saying things like "please insert a clean disc" or "cannot complete action" i have tried updating firmware and drivers for both problems to no avail...someone please help!
