I have recently set up my PS2 on a plasma TV [Pioneer PDP-505HDG]. I am only using the standard composite video cable at the moment, but I will be using component video cables once I get some.

Once I set the console up, I tried to play Crisis Zone with a Topway GunCon2 Super Light Blaster, but it wouldn't work! Is there a setup option that I have to change, or an adapter that I have to get, or a specific type of lightgun that I need to buy ??

I love shooting games, so I would really appreciate any help. Cheers.

You may find that your TV is set up to take a Progressive scan image and the PS2 is not, or it could be vice versa. You should be able to change these settings. Also, did you select composite input from the TV's menu?
