Please advise on a NLE which has following features?

    I need a NLE which supports 5.1 audio track/tracks Import along with .mpeg support so I can import a "encoded" .mpv(.m2v) and sync/ adjust this with the 5.1 existing track for another source(probably a different length, different In/out).
