PLEASE. can someone help me?

    i have downloaded a game and the files are all in rar, so then i have downloaded winrar but i dont know how to extract the files.

    everytime i have tried no files are in the folder i extracted them too.

    so if someone can tell what to do so i can play the game, i would be very happy.

    UPDATE: i have installed the game, but now i cant play it cause i have no cd. and have tried the no-cd patch but that just goes blank.
