PLEASE HELP!! Backup question.

bought a brand new xbox 360 with ixtreme 1.6

have a samsung drive for backup.

been using latest schtrom360xtract (whole disc (stealth xtreme 3.0)
is this the correct way for this softwear?

heard a lot about xbox backup creator. but do anyone have a guide?

after installing the softwear what boxes do you check? if any.
and maybe a step by step guide on how to use it?
