    Hi,
Please help, I have read loads of posts on this forum and I must be going wrong somewhere.
I want to rip a Blu-Ray to a folder on my PC then use Nero Mediahome to stream it to my PS3.

So far I used AnyDVDHD to rip a normal SD DVD to a folder (C:\Media\DVD1) and then I ran Mediahome and shared the folder C:\Media, then I started the Server, after that I powered up the PS3, found Nero and streamed the vob file OK.

Next I tried a Blu-Ray, again I ripped the disc to a temp folder (C:\BD1) then I ran tsMuxer, I looked for the biggest file in the Stream subfolder which was 00010.m2ts.
    I un-ticked everything except for 3 files:
The first one’s details were H.264 and profile High@4.1 1920:1080p
The next one was True-HD and Bitrate 640k AC3 core + HD data. Sample Rate 48k Channels, because it was True HD I ticked Downconvert TRUE-HD to AC3
The last one’s details were PGS eng, I guess this is the subtitles
Then I selected M2TS output and copied it to (C:\Media\BD1)
30 minutes later I had 2 new files 00010.m2ts and 00010.meta so I started Mediahome, selected my C:\Media folder and then used the More dropdown to Rescan the folder and started the Server.
I started the PS3, opened Nero but I could not see this new folder, it was like Mediahome was refusing to stream m2ts files.

Please help, I have been trying to do this all weekend and have obviously not done something somewhere.

You should use PS3 Media Server, it streams M2Ts perfectly and will also convert MKV on the fly although I have had some audio sync issues doing it that way. It will even send send DTS to the ps3 though I always covert the audio to AC3 :)
