please help can't back up my ps2 game

I am trying to back up my ps2 game transformer the game. i used program dvdfab platinum i try burn at 4x and 12x and fastest but when the game load it take too long and when it does it the sound skip and freez and play and freez

 

What type of discs do you use to burn it with.

For PS2 backups, you should use imgburn,Alchol or Nero to burn the ISO with.

Burn it at 4x-6x speed

 

I am using a DVD+R name is TDK 1x16 4.7GB

 

Ok then use imgburn, make sure to set the BOOKTYPE for your DVD+R to DVD-ROM and burn it at 4x speed.

See if that fixes it.

 

ok i did what you say and now when i load the game it say not a ps2 game oh forgot to say i am using the magic swap disc

How did you back it up in the first place?
Using the dvdfab or was it a downloaded game.

How large is your ISO image of Transformer The Game

 

no it not a download the isoimage is 2.33GB and when i use dvdfab i did it under clonedvd

 

Well usually one uses imgburn to backup PS2 games, and to burn them.

I guess you had it working but it skips and freezes which is a sign of poor media or wrong burn speed.

4x speed is fine though. 12x may have been too fast.

You can try other media, or you can try backing it up again using imgburn, then burn it with imgburn at 4x speed.

 

i already did trying to burn it at 4x speed using imgburn so now should i use nero burn
