You should just FTP the folder including the Emulator and Roms to the Emulator folder in your Frive, Reset the xbox and enjoy the games.
It might be of more help (to yourself and others), if your were to risk beeing a bit less vage in your question. Which Emulator for which Platform? If this is about the eventualy of playing PSX Disc's in your XBOX™. Then you don't have much choise in the matter as your problem 100% in the Hardware (or your DVD-ROM Drive), It was never built with the ability of reading the 'Subchannel Data' that's embeded on the PSX CD's. There's nothing you can do short of replaceing the DVD Drive with one from a PC that can read the Subchannel Data from the CD's ~ CD-R's. Granted there are some XBOX's™ out there that might have an easier time of it then others (typicaly those with Samsung Drives!). I don't think even those Drive are 'smart' enough to actually read the 'Subchannel Data' off a PSX CD. It was just part of the Spec when Microsoft OK'd the inclusion of such Devices in there Consule. So... It's a Modchip and a 200Gb HDD then....
