ohhh well why is that in the x360 forums r u planning to copy x360 games? p.s. don't write in caps bro it's against afterdawn rules
catsee, Let's have a look at the forum rules. Try to post in a relevant forum next time and lay off the all caps - it's hard in the eyes Thread moved. Your drive is an OEM NEC though I can't determine the exact model. I'd run a search of our forums for NEC and bitsetting, you may find your question has already been answered.
sorry guys wont happen again if u can help me i would love u 4ever because the dual layer disc cost so much and ive spent so much money already on disc and havent burn a game yet
In order to help you we need to know the exact make/model number so open DVD Decrypter and tell us exactly what it lists in the drop down up top where it lists your drive(s).
when i go to device manager under cd dvd it gives me a nec burner and tsstcorp cd/dvdw sh-s162a when i unplug the mad dog burner when i look under device manager the nec is there but tsstcorp cd/dvdw sh-s162a is gone i spoke to mad dog customer service and they cant help me so dude if u cant help me with this burner im gonna buy a new burner
Ok looks like you have a Samsung SH-S162A TS02. Unfortuantely a some searching didn't turn up any bitsetting options or hacked firmwares for that particular drive. If bitsetting is important I'd recommend such makers as BenQ, NEC and LiteOn. Just be sure to research the drive to make sure it has bitsetting capability before buying this time I have a BenQ DW 1655 that's an outstanding drive with bitsetting capabilities.
i may have to pay a little more but im gonna roll with this liteon its on your list of burner to buy i wanted the 1 u mentioned but could not find a external 1 in the store so tell me is this burner ok to buy?
Got a link? Keep in mind you don't have to buy a purpose built external drive. You can buy any drive you want and stuff it in a external encolsure if you wish.

That Lite On looks like a good one. Here's a link to Lite On's official booktype utility, http://www.liteonamericas.com/us/download_utility.htm
