Please help here usb related

    Ok so i bought a 1 gb jupiter digital miniDrive usb. i inserted it into my computer, and at first, it reads it and drive opens, but then i cant copy stuff on it (cyclic redundancy check). then i inserted it later and it says hardware malfuction click here for support. then i get code 42, anyone know how i can make this thing work please? thanks a bunch for your help!

    ok im sorry for the double post but now it says i can make it go faster re insert into a usb 2.0 drive? how do i do that? maybe that will fix my problem? thanks again.

    it means that your usb port does not support usb 2, so your high speed device (your 1 gig memory) won't be able to take advantage of the high speed data transfer supported by usb 2. but it shouldn't cause a problem it would just be slow when you copy files. try to insert it in other computer. if it works properly maybe you should check your usb port.

    but it says its usb 2, i just need to insert into usb 2 drive?

    your usb drive supports usb 2, but your computer's usb port is not
