please help i need,Nokia 6230i restriction code

Hello there, Ive got a nokia 6230i which used to be a contract phone on orange but has since been cut off, im tryin to put an o2 pay as u go sim code in it but it keeps asking for a restriction code. can anybody help please x

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

 

it said cannot undo restriction, do you have any other suggestions x
