Hello. Need Help with Burning DVD - DVD - R freezes up during playback! I am trying to burn a 3.6 GB file using Nero Vision Express with a Sony DRU 500 UL Burner. The file is fine and the burn supposedly goes through OK, but after 7 minutes the image freezes up everytime. I am using some Kyhpermedia DVD - R. I cannot figure out what is wrong..I have tried Severeal times. Running XP with 2.66 GHZ Pentium 4..any help would be appreciated. It seems to freeze at about the same time on each disc I have burned but it is not consistent at the same places. I tried putting the DVD -R in my JVC and PS2 and DVD- ROM, both freeze at the same time. Any help would be appreciated.
Khybermedia: They don't work with my Sony either and there's a thread under dvd media where several forum members found the same. All coasters. Try any other brand but that one and CompUSA's own brand.
