Please help me- Again

    I have jsut bought a EX1000SL and to my dismay when I have I plugged it in some of the channels are there however the movies etc say scrambled channel. The quality signals are all good.
    I have replaced with my old box and all is ok.. So where might be the problem, I have a splitter for the cable to broadband etc, should I disconnec this and try again with the ex 1000 please.

    May I add I appreciate what you guys do and thank you in advance has you have helped me before..

    make sure you have the latest fix on check in the latest fix in the thread

    it will need to be updated to new f/w wen you buy a box its fta f/w only
